I have only known of Rosie O'Donnell in movies and old shows she has played in, I have never watched her Talk Show, so I don't want readers of my blog to take the opinion I am in support of talk shows, but I feel compelled to comment on this show with Abbie Lee & Cathy from Dance Moms, in agreeance with Rosie.
Dance Moms is a show that has ran its course from year one of airing, in the beginning the show was comical yet entertaining to see young child display their talent and love of dancing, but after watching this show, I am thankful that I never exposed my children to such emotional and mental abuse.
The adults on this show should be reported to child welfare services for the behavior they display in front of children, the arguing, fighting, jealousy, betrayal, lies, deceit, excessive profanity, manipulative behavior goes without saying how people will do anything to make a dollar on television or reality shows.
At what cost does the children have to pay for their infamous mothers to act like rear ends on public television. What happened to "get a job raise your family in private?" I am in awe as to how children are being used like this.
The abuse is a never ending cycle from week to week, from Abbie Lee the owner of the dance studio to the parents, all of the fighting and arguing is being done in front of the children. I do agree with Rosie on this one, it is long term effect, then people wonder why children suppress behavior only to repress in a negative manner older in life.
This show, the so called mothers and the dance studio needs to be removed from the viewing of other children who may think this type behavior is acceptable in society or at home. This is terrible, right before our very eyes.
